The products are sent with partner courier companies and are in your hands in 1 - 5 working days from the day of your order for the interior. For orders to Cyprus, shipping is done with the ELTA courier company and delivery takes place within 1-5 working days (any delays will be due to the courier services). For abroad please contact the store.
For the return:
The process of changing the products takes place strictly within 14 days from the day they are SHIPPED by THE2BIRDS store.
the2birds accepts responsibility for sending an incorrect, damaged or generally defective product. In this case, the replacement is done without charging costs (or with compensation for them) or a full refund if the replacement is not agreed.
For the return of a non-wrong, non-damaged or generally non-defective product, the customer bears the shipping costs of the return. For returns within Greece, it is possible to return via the store's partner courier company with a charge to the store, exclusively and only after prior communication and agreement with THE2BIRDS store. In this case, 5 euros will be deducted from the amount of the return to compensate for the cost of sending the return.
To ensure your return rights, we recommend that you use a registered post or courier service, as we cannot be held responsible if the returned product does not reach our offices (and therefore cannot replacement or refund). The customer is always responsible for shipping the product back to our offices, as the recipient it is not possible for the2birds to trace your package to any post/carrier.
The refund is made by bank transfer if the customer informs the store in writing of the necessary bank details (IBAN, bank and full name). In the event that the customer maintains an account in a bank with which the store does not cooperate (EUROBANK, ALPHA BANK), the bank charges are borne entirely by the customer.
Before returning an incorrect, undamaged or generally non-defective product, please check whether the basic requirements of the2birds.gr return policy are met:
The product must not be worn and/or worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
No tags should have been removed.
The product was not on sale at the time of purchase.
Have the receipt (or invoice) in your possession to provide with the return.

Orders that were not delivered
In the event that an order was not delivered due to the fault of the recipient, it is possible to refund money (from card payments) deducting 5 euros for the charge of shipping costs. The same applies in the case of resending the order: in the event of a 2nd non-receipt of the same order by the recipient, the refund amount will be reduced by 10 euros. The process can start from the moment the package is returned to the store and after communication with the customer.
